Service Description
Have a chat about options and how you would like a package to built for you. This is the basic brief discussion where we talk about your limits, expectations and what your requirements are, we can talk about anything from where you want to go, to what you want to do, and even how we can help you get there (transport, training etc). Or, have a chat about one of our packs we offer, and if it would suit you. We could tailor a smaller section of the hike or curb some of your concerns with a call.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Change of Appointment Policy 1. Booking All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of reservation, unless otherwise stated. A confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment. The person making the booking must be over 18 years of age and responsible for all guests or participants under the same booking. 2. Cancellation Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled date or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days. 3. Change Policy Changes to bookings (date, time, guest details) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the original booking time. No fee will be charged for the first change; subsequent changes may incur a fee of [$10] per change. If changes result in a lower-priced service, the difference will be refunded (subject to the cancellation policy). If changes result in a higher cost, the difference must be paid at the time of change confirmation. 4. Force Majeure In cases of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered. 5.
